Choose your canvas from our studio gallery. Every canvas comes pre-sketched and all painting supplies are provided. Or go for our Drip Bear in two sizes, small or large. There's something for everyone!
Sip
Spirits welcome for guests 21+. Grab a signature mocktail or mixers from the house, and enjoy hookah at every session. See the menu
Vibe
Two self-paced hours of R&B and classic hip hop, with indoor and outdoor seating.
Line dance!
Every session ends with a group line dance. Masterpiece in hand, of course.

On the Gogh$100Nonrefundable booking fee, plus $45 per person. We come to your home, office, school or venue with supplies, an artist and music. Group rate for 30+ guests: $40 per person. A $50 travel fee applies outside Beltway 8.
Don't need a private space? You don't have to reserve the party room or entire studio to celebrate. Just book tickets for your group and join us in open seating.

Kolor My Kanvas came to life in 2016, inspired by a visit to a local paint studio. Eric and LaTonya Smith loved the idea but wanted something more personal: a place where the art reflects everyday life and the people in the room actually connect.
Drawing on a family history of entrepreneurship, they built KMK around great music, good energy and exceptional customer service. The goal has always been the same: a space where friends, families and groups from all walks of life can come together, bond, and express themselves through art.
Today you can paint with us at our studio on Hermann Drive, book us to bring the party to you, or start the night on the Kulture Rides party truck with a DJ before you pick up a brush.

Reservations & booking
Do I need a reservation, or do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking ahead to secure your spot, especially for weekends and popular sessions. Walk-ins may be available, but please call ahead at 832.736.0639 to make sure we're open for walk-ins before stopping by.
How do I book a painting session?
Choose your experience, date and time on our events calendar. Your booking confirmation will include the details for your visit.
Can I book tickets for a group?
Absolutely! Whether it's date night, a birthday, girls' night or a group outing, you're welcome to book together for a public session or ask about a private event.
What are your prices?
Our standard painting experiences are $35 per adult and $25 per child during family-friendly sessions. Offsite painting experiences are $45 per person plus a $100 nonrefundable booking fee (and a $50 travel fee outside Beltway 8). Private parties have their own pricing; see our party page. Special events and promotions may have different pricing.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 30 or more guests receive $5 off per ticket. Our group rates are $30 per adult for in-studio painting (regularly $35), $20 per child for kids' painting (regularly $25), and $40 per person for offsite painting (regularly $45). To book the entire studio for your group, there's a $250 nonrefundable reservation fee plus $30 per painter for a 2-hour session (30 to 45 painters).
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full experience. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after their scheduled session start time will not be allowed to check in or rebook and will be marked as a no-show.
Can I reschedule my reservation?
We understand plans change! Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change. A $10 rebooking fee applies to changes requested less than 24 hours before your scheduled experience. Guests cannot check in or rebook once it's more than 30 minutes past session start time.
What is your refund policy?
All bookings are final and we do not offer refunds. If your plans change, you're welcome to rebook (see above).
Painting experiences
Do I need painting experience?
Not at all! Our experiences are made for first-timers and seasoned creatives alike. Come ready for good music, creativity and a good time. No artistic skills required.
What is included with my painting ticket?
Standard canvas painting experiences include your canvas and painting supplies for the session. Special events may have different inclusions, so check your event description when booking.
How long are painting sessions?
Most paint and sip sessions last approximately two hours. Some specialty and private events may have different schedules, so check your event listing.
Can I choose my own painting?
It depends on the experience! Some sessions let you choose from available pre-sketched canvas designs, while themed events may feature a designated painting. Check the event details before booking.
What should I wear?
Come cute, casual or camera-ready, whatever fits your vibe! Just remember you'll be working with paint, so wear something you're comfortable creating in.
Food, drinks & the vibe
Is Kolor My Kanvas BYOB?
Yes! We're BYOB, so guests ages 21 and up are welcome to bring their own spirits to enjoy responsibly during their experience.
Can I purchase drinks at the studio?
You can bring your own spirits and purchase delicious nonalcoholic mocktails from our studio drink menu.
Is food available?
Yes! Food is available during our 6 PM and 8 PM sessions through our food partner, Uplift Eats. The menu features fun, carnival-style eats like wings, burgers and more.
What is Brushes & Brunch?
Brushes & Brunch combines painting, music and brunch for a fun social experience. Brunch may be offered as an add-on, so review your ticket selection to see what's included.
What kind of music and atmosphere should I expect?
Expect great music, creativity, laughs and a whole vibe! We're known for our R&B and hip-hop energy, themed events and fun atmosphere. Music and activities may vary by experience.
Parking & location
Where is Kolor My Kanvas located?
We're located at 2207 Hermann Drive, Houston, TX 77004.
Is parking available, and is there a parking fee?
Free street parking is available (park behind the light pole), and $5 parking is available in the gravel lot next to our studio. Coming with a large group? We recommend carpooling or rideshare.
Do you have indoor and outdoor seating?
Yes! We have indoor seating and a backyard painting area. Our backyard is open for painting when weather permits.
Private parties & special events
Can I book a private party?
Absolutely! We host birthdays, bridal celebrations, girls' nights, corporate gatherings and other special occasions. Reach out with your preferred date, guest count and event details to explore options.
Do you offer corporate events and team-building experiences?
Yes! We offer creative team-building and group experiences. Ask us about in-studio events and offsite painting options.
Can Kolor My Kanvas come to our location?
Yes! We offer offsite painting experiences at $45 per person, plus a $100 nonrefundable booking fee. Groups of 30 or more qualify for our $40 per person offsite group rate. A $50 travel fee applies to events outside Beltway 8. Share your event location, date and estimated guest count so we can discuss availability.
Can I bring decorations or balloons?
Our studio is already decorated with art on the walls! Limited balloons or minimal table decorations are okay, but please ask for approval before bringing any decor.
Do you offer fundraisers?
Yes! We love bringing creativity to a good cause. Kolor My Kanvas offers in-studio Spirit Nights, special fundraising events and paint kit sales fundraisers. Contact us for more information about fundraising opportunities for your school, organization or community group.
Kids, families & more
Are kids allowed at Kolor My Kanvas?
Yes! Our family-friendly painting session is Saturdays at 12 PM. All other sessions are for guests ages 21 and up unless an event is specifically listed as family-friendly.
Do you offer kids' birthday parties?
Yes! Kids' birthday parties are available Saturdays at 12 PM during our family-friendly session only. Contact us for party details and availability.
Do you offer activities other than canvas painting?
Yes! Along with canvas painting, we offer specialty creative activities such as Drip Bear experiences. Check our booking calendar for current offerings.
